My name is Paweł Czyż and I am a data scientist interested in modelling complex biological data using techniques originating in probabilistic machine learning and applied Bayesian statistics.
Currently I am a Doctoral Fellow of the ETH AI Center working in Computational Biology Group and Computational Cancer Genomics Laboratory.
Prior to starting my PhD I was an AI Resident at Microsoft Research Cambridge and studied mathematical physics at University of Oxford.
